The 2 secrets to losing weight are really non-secrets - you probably know what they are. However, they are rarely spoken of as a pair and we need both.

First, we’re looking at controlling our Metabolism and Hormones to establish our proper weight.

METABOLISM
The 2 secrets of weight loss revolve around these two Body Functions; Metabolism and Hormones.

Metabolism is a continuous chemical and physical process all through our body. Food is assimilated throughout our organs and cells. Metabolism is the transferring of that assimilated food into energy. The end result of these actions, working properly (metabolism), is the release of energy we enjoy. The better this is working the more energy we have, throughout the day.
