Pineapple Pecan Cheese Ball
Ingredients:
✅ 2 cups of cream cheese, softened
✅ 1 can (8 ounces) of crushed pineapple, well drained
✅ 1/4 cup of finely chopped green pepper
✅ 2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
✅ 1 cup of chopped pecans
✅ 1 tablespoon of seasoned salt
Instructions:
🔻 Step 1: Mix Cream Cheese and Pineapple
👆 In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with the well-drained crushed pineapple.
🔻 Step 2: Add Flavor
👆 Stir in the chopped green pepper, chopped onion, and seasoned salt into the cream cheese mixture.
🔻 Step 3: Form the Ball
👆 Once all the ingredients are well-mixed, shape the mixture into a ball.
🔻 Step 4: Coat with Pecans
👆 Roll the cheese ball in the chopped pecans until it is fully coated.
🔻 Step 5: Chill
👆 Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and chill it in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving to let it firm up.
🔻 Step 6: Serve
👆 Serve with crackers or sliced baguettes.

✨Holiday Broccoli Cauliflower Salad✨ (Perfect for Christmas! You won’t be able to stop eating it!)
5 cups Broccoli chopped
2 cups cauliflower chopped (or you could do all broccoli or more cauliflower, whatever you would like)
About 10 strips of bacon cooked and chopped
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup red onions chopped
Mix all the above together
Dressing:
1 cup Mayo
3-4 TBSP sour cream
Salt and pepper
3 TBSP apple cider vinegar
3 TBSP sugar
Mix well
Add your dressing to the salad and mix well.

Crockpot Christmas Crack Recipe 😍😍
Ingredients:
16 oz. Salted Peanuts
16 oz. Unsalted Peanuts
2 (12 oz.) Bags Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
2 (10 oz.) Bags Peanut Butter Chips
2 (10 oz.) Bags White Chocolate Chips or Wafers
Christmas Sprinkles
Instructions:
1. Layer the Peanuts:
In the crockpot, layer the salted and unsalted peanuts.
2. Add Chocolate Chips:
Sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips over the peanuts.
3. Add Peanut Butter Chips:
Layer the peanut butter chips over the chocolate chips.
4. Add White Chocolate Chips:
Top with the white chocolate chips or wafers.
5. Cook in the Crockpot:
Cover and cook on low heat for approximately 2 hours. Stir the mixture every 30 minutes to ensure even melting.
6. Line Baking Sheet:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
7. Drop Spoonfuls onto Sheet:
Once the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is well combined, use a spoon to drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Space them out for individual pieces.
8. Add Christmas Sprinkles:
While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle Christmas sprinkles over each piece.
9. Let it Cool:
Allow the Christmas crack to cool and harden completely at room temperature or expedite the process by placing it in the refrigerator.
10. Break into Pieces:
Once fully hardened, break the Christmas crack into individual pieces.
11. Serve:
Arrange the pieces on a festive plate and serve. It’s ready to be enjoyed!

Spaghetti‼ 😱 OMG DON'T LOSE THIS😋

Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
¼ cup milk
1 large egg, beaten
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic salt
1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon dried basil
4 ounces pepperoni sausage, sliced
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Mix 1/2 cup mozzarella, milk, egg, salt, and garlic salt together in a large bowl. Add drained spaghetti and mix until well combined. Spread mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and reduce the temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Spread spaghetti sauce over noodle mixture. Sprinkle with oregano and basil, then top with remaining 1 1/2 cups mozzarella. Arrange pepperoni over cheese.
Return to the oven and bake until cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown, about 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken
Ingredients:
Honey Garlic Sauce
1/3 cup honey
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1/2 cup soy sauce, low sodium (see note)
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp dried oregano
Crockpot Chicken and Vegetables
2 pounds chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on
1 pound baby red potatoes
1 pound carrots, peeled
1 cup onions, chopped
1 pound green beans, trimmed
fresh parsley, chopped, for serving optional
salt and pepper to taste
Cornstarch Slurry (Optional)
2 tsp cornstarch
3 tsp water
Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, oregano and ketchup.
Add the chicken thighs, potatoes, carrots and onions to a 4-6 quart slow cooker.
Pour the honey garlic sauce mixture evenly on top.
Cover the slow cooker and seal the lid. Cook on a LOW setting for 6-8 hours or on HIGH for 3-3 1/2 hours (see note).
About 20 minutes before serving, add the green beans to the slow cooker and optional cornstarch slurry to the sauce.
Re-seal the lid and cook for 15-20 minutes more until the green beans are tender and the sauce is starting to thicken.
Remove the chicken and vegetables to serving plates using a slotted spoon. Optional: Broil the chicken thighs for 2-3 minutes to brown the skin.
Drizzle sauce on top of chicken and vegetables. Garnish with optional minced parsley.
