This past weekend, Salt -N- Lemon Pepper, participated in the 15th annual Briscoe Ranch Barbecue Cook-off, where 147 teams participated. They didn’t place in any of the meat categories but it was fun getting together as a family, as always. Congratulations to the Del Río teams who placed top 15 in brisket…Hector Ciénagas (12), Danny Salas - Los Cuñados (9) and Mikey Reyes - Whatcha Smokin’ (3)!
