A beautiful 3 bedroom villa with it’s own pool and situated on a small quiet development. ROCA villa is spacious and bright with two upstairs double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, Downstairs the twin bedroom has a bathroom opposite and this all leads into a lovely open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. This looks out to the pool area with its sunbathing terrace and outside dining area with BBQ.

Agia Marinouda is a small village set 1 km from the Paphos suburb of Geriskipou. Here you will find restaurants, shops, bars and the bustling square housing one of the oldest churches in Cyprus. The beach is less than 10 minutes drive away and is ideal for all the family members whatever age. Nearby is the main waterpark, also go karting, crazy golf, lively beach bars, great tavernas and the list is endless.
If you are a golfer, the Nick Faldo Signature Course, Elea Estate is literally 5 mins away and is accessible to all golfers. (The villa provides two full sets of right handed clubs) . Other sets can be provided if pre-booked at a small cost. Three other courses are less than 30 minutes drive away, so if it is a golfing holiday you want, ROCA Villa is perfectly placed.
Other places nearby include the Paphos Harbour with its Unesco Archeological Site, Boat trips, Old Castle and numerous Cafes where you can wile those hot days away socialising, people watching whilst eating perhaps fresh fish and drinking the highly thought of Paphian region wines. Touring further afield why not have a day out in the Troodos Mountains with its stunning mountain villages and magnificent scenery.

From the villa heading North, away from Paphos you will be delighted with what is on offer with the magic of traditional and quaint villages, vineyards, wineries and absolutely stunning scenery. Less than 10 minutes away from the villa is the Minthis Hills golf course. If you are a golfer why not experience one of the best courses in Cyprus.
