I have always loved tomatoes but Chocolate Cherry Tomatoes were my intro to a tomato-growing addiction. Trust me it's an addiction. Ask any tomato grower. Lol. These tomatoes grow so well here and are so delicious. I always have a hard time not eating them all straight from the vine as soon as they are ripe.
They are lower on the acidity scale and burst with flavor. The sweet tomato flavor is perfectly balanced with the tart & tangy skin. I grow them every growing season. They have become a must-have.

Cerasee (Bitter Melon Plant) Leaves
While the fruit, vines, and seeds of this plant have been shown to have medicinal properties, the leaves made into a tea is what is most commonly used to treat a number of ailments, ranging from high blood pressure to constipation.
Cerasee grows wild here in zone 10b and as the temps begin to warm up, the vines are already making their way along the fences.
I care for them without artificial fertilizers and chemicals. Always harvested by hand and allowed to dry naturally outdoors with fresh air.
