Although the results of the study partially confirm this theory, they also suggest that by now the most intellectually developed people in the process of evolution are beginning to lose the need for frequent social interactions. Instead, they direct their efforts to activities that make it possible to achieve the greatest success in the modern world — to develop their intellectual and financial capabilities. We need social interactions much less than our ancestors, and therefore the most developed people simply stopped putting them at the top of their priorities.
