👏👏 One of our 9th grade student's "Design Solution" concepts from earlier this year...
PROBLEM: Apple's Storage Management System
DESIGN SOLUTION: Send a pop up message as a notification instead of a restrictive air message. Also, create a feature where the warning would come up in advance at the top of the camera screen. All messages would be given in advance, before the user completely runs out of storage.
We love animation!

We are focusing on creating design solutions for current apartments that will fit the individual needs of a specific user group. We are on a journey of building these designs in a 2D space, to 3D, and to lastly implement Augmented Reality.
A self-reflective photo montage. In this design, advanced color theory was implemented through a monochromatic purple color scheme.
Our student included a portrait of herself, and even a photo of her own dog!
Did you know that purple and yellow are complimentary colors? Complementary colors are pairs of hues that contrast with each other more than any other color, and when placed side-by-side, make each other look brighter.

IIDT Student Highlight (Old Tappan): Michela
Below is Michela's Nextflix redesign for our "Design Solution" Photoshop project.
After analyzing some issues within Netflix's current user interface, Michela has developed a concept to improve their user experience. She added a play button and a play trailer button for users to have the choice to view the trailer, rather than the movie or tv show auto-playing. She also added a timeline for the trailer at the bottom to pause and play. Great work!
IIDT Student Highlight (Demarest): Sean
Sean is a 9th grade student in the new IIDT program at Northern Valley Regional High School- Demarest. Sean's art interests also include product photography. He takes his own photographs to post on social media!
Below are two of his most recent designs for our IIDT "Digital Advertisement" project. Sean has designed two different advertisements for existing companies in a very unique and creative way!
