I lost my little buddy the other day, it’s been a rough go the last little bit and I’m sure you know the feeling If you’ve ever had to say goodbye to a pet .

You don’t really realize how close these furbabies are to you until you lose one and you realize just how much of a void is left in your life.
My routine is so off, my other dogs sense a loss and I feel they are a bit confused plus I’ve probably called him in from outside a dozen times now then it hits me again.

I think what I miss most in the 12 years he was with me is his love. He was mine and I was his and we both knew it.

On the bright side I have an immense amount of gratitude that he was in my life and here for all my ups and downs. He had the best life, had the best food, spa every 3 mths and well pampered and he was so loved. He was also pretty stinkin cute! I’m thankful he shared my life as long as he did!

When I first got him I was going back and forth from Brazil often and on his wee tiny forehead it looked like a little Hershey’s kiss when he was born so he was named in Portuguese, Poco Hershey Beijos.

…..and then there were 2 😭
