Growing up in Houston Texas I grew up with great BBQ and Mexican food. One year my girlfriend bought me a smoker for my birthday. That grew into an obsession with all things BBQ which led to this BBQ business. I have always loved to cook and create recipes. My current full time job is a fire manager with Brevard County Environmentally Endangered Lands Program where I get paid to set fires...literally! I do controlled burns. I bring my expertise in starting fires to now making fires in our smokers. I have lived here in Brevard since 1994 and love living here with my family. I want to provide the residents of Brevard and visitors with amazing craft BBQ with flavors of the Caribbean and Mexico as well as regional styles of BBQ from around the Country.
