4 years ago, our first brand Tadhana Harvest joined the Freedom Day Celebration at Paseo Greenfields, Sta.Rosa Laguna. We are proud to showcase our own delicacy the Sinantolan -- Bicol's original dish. Our Santol fruit, handpicked all the way from Bicol were shredded by hand and knife and slow cooked for 2 to 3 hours in pure coconut milk.
