If you have already placed a pre-order for the special-edition hardback book and did not enter an email address when purchasing, the following information was sent:

Due to a paper shortage with China imports, printers are forced to purchase paper for book production in the USA. That being said, the demand is great, the supply is low and the price increase is substantial. This has caused some unexpected delays.
The book is currently at the printer and will be arriving at the Kingdom Education office in two to three weeks.

In addition, to save time and money, the printer is in Tampa and I live in Orlando, so I will be personally driving to pick up the books to expediate them to you when they are ready for shipment.
