It’s hard to put into words how loved and incredibly supported I felt today by so many people in my life. Being able to take this moment to take it all in and celebrate amongst those who have been cheering me & MWH on since the beginning and along the way…has filled my heart with so much gratitude I could cry (again). Thank you all from the bottom of my heart who showed up for me. As MWH is ever growing and ever ever evolving - thank you all for your endless support and patience during this evolution.

This was by far the hardest thing I’ve ever had to keep a secret (aside from my pregnancies 😉). Let me introduce you to the new MWH creators - a group of incredible women who have without a doubt made a massive impact in my life and I am so excited to share their beautiful gifts with this community. I had an aha moment 2 years ago after reading through the feedback from our members wanting more. The top asks have always been more pre and postnatal classes, more challenging flows and more meditations (on top of a few others - insert nutrition).
