Bullets: These are the smallest olives, ranging from 351 to 380 olives per kilogram
Fine: Slightly larger, with approximately 321 to 350 olives per kilogram
Brilliant: Falling in the middle, they have around 291 to 320 olives per kilogram
Superior: A step up, with about 261 to 290 olives per kilogram.
Large: These olives have 231 to 260 per kilogram.
Extra Large: A bit bigger, with 201 to 230 olives per kilogram.
Jumbo: Larger still, ranging from 181 to 200 olives per kilogram.
Colossal: These are substantial olives, with 121 to 140 per kilogram
