After conquering Loch Ness this weekend in a time of 3hrs 36mins and 50seconds, we anchored the boat swam ashore, got a medal and T-shirt. Then we rowed the 21 miles back to Fort Augustus.

This row will likely be the final training row before we pack the boat and start the long journey to La Gomera (via HQ) for the start of .toughest.row Atlantic!!!

Just to reflect over the last three years of the campaign it’s safe to say a lot has happened, a lot of hurdles conquered.. Our team went from a five to a four, babies were born, Paul was reposted down south meaning training together hasn’t been easy.

Hard work, persistence and perseverance certainly pays off.
