I can't for the life of me get a good picture of these but I still wanted to share them because they're so pretty in person. I used Fearless Fancy Unbelievabel Gel from under Chrome AB from and it created a stunning gold iridescent neon coral 🪸 The chrome shifts under the ripples of the clear Builder-bel Gel pattern 😍 Mermaid nail goals!

As a ambassador, I am often asked for colour recommendations for certain seasons or holidays. I've been experiencing some major creative block recently so I thought putting together colour palettes like these might spark my creativity a bit and I can give some of my favourite recommendations at the same time. I've seen a lot of strawberry inspired sets on Instagram this summer, especially the 3D trend, so I thought it time I contributed my own! I ombréd Gentle White, Honey Dew and Love Shack hema free gel from to create that realistic strawberry fade and then mixed a tiny bit of Love Shack into some base coat with cat eye pigment to create a transparent red wash over the ombré with that pretty rainbow cat eye shimmer. Crystal Builder-bel Gel of course is the best tool for creating textured nails like these or shells etc.

✨️ Just a picture of something I ATE recently ✨️

Honestly these are such a vibe. Tara asked for nails based on the Greek God of the Sun, Apollo, and I immediately turned to Pinterest to find inspo. I did the marble busts ahead of time on a nail form using layers of Builder-bel Gel and then applied them to the nail with tip glue and filled in any gaps with builder gel. I'm a big fan of the white marble, kinda want them on my own nails now 😂 Marbling White, Crystal and Ghosted Builder-bel Gel with a little swoosh of Satin Bow hema free gel and Swagger Unbelievabel Gel added that ✨️sheen✨️ to them and I think it looks like chiffon curtains in the breeze 😍

My friend Tara always comes in wanting ✨️ the most ✨️ and this month it was nails themed on Apollo, Greek God of the Sun. There was a specific request for symbols of suns and laurel wreaths but the rest I had free reign with and this was the result! I actually love the white marble with subtle hints of gold through it - it reminds me of white chiffon in the breeze.

Here's a mood board showing some of my process in designing a set of nails.  I did a poll recently asking if you guys wanted to see more things like this after I did the Bridgerton Season 3 moodboards and the result was like 90% yes so here we are!  I'm enjoying putting them together actually! This is the sort of planning I do for competition nails and it's scratching that itch of planning since I'm not competing this year. My intention was to make the gel design look like Y2K style stickers with the thick border so hopefully that comes across

🇻🇳 Hoi An Inspired Nails 🏮

Before Tara, my fab client and friend, was even on the plane home from her travels around East Asia and Australia, she was messaging me asking when she could book in for nails with me 😂 Of course, I had her in ASAP and I was given the brief of nails with lanterns like the ones in Hoi An in Vietnam. Tara's photos were absolutely beautiful and we decided to add Frangipani flowers like ones she saw in Vietnam as an extra touch. 💚 "If she wants to wear such a melancholy colour, that is her perogative." - Portia Featherington 💚

Melancholy it may seem to Portia, but this was hands down one of my favourite dresses of the season. I actually think this is such a stunning shade on Nicola Coughlan with the red hollywood waved hair. Apparently the red lipstick and hollywood wave were inspired by icons such as the iconic Jessica Rabbit, Veronica Lake and Marilyn Monroe. This was the first dress I knew I wanted to replicate onto nails and I think they turned out to be my favourite of the three sets I did. I started with a layer of My Hero Unbelievabel Gel with copper chrome on top and then encapsulated that with a thin layer of Mermaid Scales hema free gel. Once that had cured, I burnished some of the chrome powder into the inhibition layer with a fluffy brush to create that two-tone effect seen on the fabric underlining of the dress. The embroidery I replicated by using a fineliner brush and My Hero Unbelievabel Gel and sugared with Soft Gold Shimmer coloured acrylic powder to give the effect of a glittery teal embroidery thread. The pixie crystals really tie it all together.

🌕🌜 "Your eyes are the most remarkable shade of blue." 🌕🌛

Let's talk about Penelope's dress at the Full Moon Ball in episode 2. I was immediately entranced by the stunning celestial embellishments on this dress that sparkle in the candlelight. the designer deliberately chose to layer various fabrics to give a hazy, dreamlike effect like a painting. To replicate this, I chose to use a silvery white glitter gel (Irresistible) that acts almost like a glittery tulle or organza. I also used April Showers which is a beautiful fine glitter gel with a subtle blue to green to purple colour shift. I used Moonlight chrome powder from over a Teal Unbelievabel Gel to recreate the blue embroidery constellations on the dress which showed just enough of the teal under the reflective shimmery finish. I think this was one of my favourite dresses in the season 😍

✨️ Let's talk about THAT carriage scene 🔥

Well, more specifically, let's talk about the dress from the carriage scene!  When I saw this dress twinkling in the candlelight I just knew I had to make a set inspired by it.  I absolutely loved the interview with and the costume department leads because it was so in-depth and shows you how they bring regency and modern fashion into the works of art we see on screen.  The interview also showed how slinky the fabric of the underskirt is for ease of sliding up the leg 👀 and the lace finish on the edge is so delicate.
I've highlighted all the products used in the collage I put together.  Layering gels is one of my favourite techniques for getting the perfect texture that mimics the fabric.  I often find adding an opalescent chrome can mimic the effect of satin really well so adding that layer of shade Trend Setter in particular really brings out the sheen of the layered fabric but kept the subtle sparkle under the chunkier glitters. 
Also, if you love sugaring nail art in particular, I always recommend getting Snowbelle (Fine) from because it's the PERFECT semi-matte glitter for realistic lace 👌🏻  Shop via the link in my bio

🐝 Are we ready for Polin season? 🐝

I am SO excited for season 3 of to start tomorrow! These are previous sets I had completed, the top set being for season 2 in 2022 and the bottom being for Queen Charlotte last year. I always feel a big stagnant in my progress as an artist but putting these two sets together really shows the difference in my ability over a year. I am planning to do a set for season 3 but I want to see the first half of the season before I start because I like trying to incorporate elements of the costumes or story into my sets. Maybe one day I should try and recreate my season 2 portraits because I feel I didn't do the poor Sharma sisters justice 😅

🎄 What a beautiful little lady 🐶

This is one of my all time favourite Christmas scenes. Lady as a puppy reminds me so much of my first dog Rosie, who we lost this year, when she was a puppy. I think I probably could have done them more justice as a press on set but working on an actual person is way harder.
