Without our health, each life experience is lesser version of its full potential...

They say to live in the moment, and it’s true, however a great majority of people cannot truly live in the moment when pain and poor health get in the way.

When our body is in good health the mind will follow - which in turn leads to healthier decisions & choices that are reflected not only in your own life, but to everyone and everything that surrounds you.

If we wish to see positive change in this world, the first step is to realize that a large majority of people are very sick and they are suffering with parasite issues, fungus, mucus, toxicity loads, etc.

Their dietary choices, environment & lifestyle choices eventually run them down which reflects not only internally, but outside of themselves.

The only way that I see out of this unhealthy worldly mess is for each of us to focus on our individual health...

True health involves scaling back to simplicity, letting go of that which does not serve the body...

Here are four health promoting tips that anyone can incorporate...

1. Prepare all (or most) of your meals at home because when we eat out there’s almost always too much salt, oil & preservatives in our food.
2. eat fruit as your first meal daily on an empty stomach
3. Eliminate disease forming foods such as animal products
4. Eat less often, skip a meal once in awhile - intermittent fasting leads to digestive rest- which leads to eventual healing in time.

We can’t expect the world to change until we learn how to change ourselves for the better and I know this may sound crazy but the healthier & stronger that you become, you will experience more of that outside of yourself.
