The Bangladeshi Indigenous Dance Team from AUW Dance Club delivered an outstanding performance, bringing the traditional Chakma, Marma, and Tripura dances to life on stage. Hena's beautiful Hozagiri dance amazed the audience, reflecting the elegance and richness of Tripura culture. The Chakma and Marma dances were powerful representations of their heritage, highlighting the strength and pride of their communities.
Each dance was a vivid representation of cultural tradition, with brilliant costumes, sophisticated footwork, and expressive motions that formed an illustration of their distinct identities.The dancers' enthusiasm and passion for their culture shone through in their performances.

The Sri Lankan dance team captivated us with a powerful and flawless performance of Bharatnatyam, a perfect representation of classical dance. Their mastery and grace showcased the rich cultural heritage of Sri Lanka. The AUW Dance Club is incredibly proud of these amazing girls!
Sri Lankan traditional dance is a vibrant tapestry of history, spirituality, and cultural expression. In their performance at the CUET Cultural Club anniversary, the Sri Lankan team chose to showcase Bharatnatyam, a classical dance form that has been embraced and perfected by Sri Lankan dancers. The Sri Lankan girls executed their Bharatnatyam performance with remarkable skill and passion, demonstrating their dedication to preserving and celebrating classical dance. Their performance was not just a display of technical prowess but also an emotional and cultural journey that resonated deeply with the audience.

The Bhutanese team graced the stage with a mesmerizing traditional dance to their native song on the occasion of the 24th anniversary of the CUET Cultural Club, “তারুণ্যের জয়গান”!!Dressed in their vibrant traditional costumes, they beautifully represented not only their country but also the AUW Dance Club 💜

It is a high regard for AUW Dance Club to be a part of Multi Cultural Festival 2024 which was held at DC park, Chittagong.

Honourable Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Hasan Mahmud was the chief guest. Assistant High Commissioner of India Dr. Ranjan along with other dignitaries were also present in the inaugural ceremony of the "Multi cultural Fest 2024"💐

Asian University for Women,as a land of diversity is mesmerized to be a part of this ceremony. AUW is a field full of varieties of culture, cuisine, languages and behaviour. Artists from 17 countries of AUW are honoured to showcase their unique cultural expressions in this ceremony.

Here is the performance of AUW Dance Club members on the event of Prothom Alo Oditiya Prize Giving Ceremony.

Prothom Alo in collaboration with IDLC give scholarship to under privileged bright students to mould their future. Every year 10-12 students of AUW receive the honour.

In this program very renowned guests along with our vice-chancellor Dr. Rubana Huq was present. Our AUW Dance Club members were honored to perform at such a prominent event. This beautiful dance choreography was done by two of our very skilled EB members Adrita Chakraborty and Madhumita Parmeshwaram.

Performance of EBs on the event of AUW Intra Dance Competition, a very first dance competition held after years of Covid Lockdown.

We would like to thank everyone for taking part in this competition and making this event a successful one. As we promised, we will provide one of the best eye witnessing event in the dance club history and we could become successful because of everyone's participation.

AUW INTRA- DANCE COMPETITION.

Here is the chance for all of you to showcase what you have for dance and win certificates and crests from our respected judges. We heartily invite you to participate and bring life to the AUW stage once more. You all are very welcome to exhibit your enthusiasm for your dancing💫

You can come up with any dance form, in Solo or Group(max 7 members in each group)

Deadline for application : 9th August 💫

Prior to the main event, there will be a selection round. Six performances will be chosen in total by the board members. Winners will be awarded Certificates and Crest in recognition of their accomplishments.
