“I Am Warm-Hearted”
Italian inspired grilled polenta squares atop a bed of spaghetti squash tossed with spinach and puttanesca sauce, then drizzled with hempseed pesto, cashew ricotta, Brazil nut Parmesan and a bit of fresh basil.
