So I made a big announcement earlier in the year (not really that big!) that I was going to phase out the paper products in 2024 and focus on the textiles and you overwhelmingly in messages, at fairs and in person said NO DON’T DO IT !! So now I’m planning how I can I corporate paper and textiles together ! Thanks for all the positive messages about my paper workshops and paper products you may just have helped me turn a corner !!
Cheers to all of you and wishing you a wonderful Christmas. It’s been a strange year, personally my son having emergency surgery and losing my beautiful doggie recently plus some of my own health issues has been challenging. And then seeing what feels like the world imploding and people suffering such awful, inhumane atrocities can make us all feel very sad, angry, bewildered and helpless. In amongst all the sadness, all of this I have met some wonderful people this year , people in these squares who have become friends, people who have attended my workshops I thank you, you have all been wonderful. Business’s that have supported me , , , to name just a few, you are all amazing and I love working with you. And for everyone else who drops a message , presses like or sends me a smiley face you don’t always realise how these small interactions can boost a makers day. Best to all of you # # #

As I mentioned earlier in the year I have been working on some folded textile work. I have made the decision at the end of this year to phase out the folded paper part of the business and focus on the textiles. There are many reasons for this , I love working with paper but it’s a long process to make enough when you are one person. I will still run paper workshops if there is a need. Looking forward to new things in 2024!
I have been excitedly making some paper Christmas decor pieces which will be exclusively available to purchase only at alongside their Christmas Original exhibition which runs from 7th November to 26th November featuring original artwork from local artists.
