📌During this Christmas season, let us reflect on the humble circumstances in which Jesus was born and the remarkable savior he became. Despite his extraordinary nature, Jesus never took pride or became overbearing within his community. Instead, he chose to sacrifice himself for our sins, uttering the words "it is well" from the cross.

📌As we celebrate Christmas, let it serve as a reminder to all of US to recalibrate our humility meter. In the eyes of our Heavenly Father, we are all equal. It is not a time to seek the pampering and flattery of others to feel important. Rather, it is an opportunity to uplift and genuinely empower those who are modest, without demeaning them or highlighting societal class differences.

📌May this Christmas be a time of genuine encouragement, where we embrace humility and treat one another with kindness and respect. Let us remember that true greatness lies in serving others and recognizing the inherent worth and equality of every individual.

Deeply saddened by the loss of High Priest Shem Shamalla of the African Church of the Holy Spirit - Kakamega. He was a faith leader with steadfast religious credence. His sermons were always powerful, enriching and educative.

Our prayers to the Shamalla family, the church and the people of Malava during this painful time of mourning. Rest In Peace my friend.
