Hi guys! It’s been a while since my last post. But Iv been working on personal training prices. And let me tell ya, you all are in for a treat 🤙🏽

Here are the prices as well as weeks and times

HIGHLY SUGGEST A FULL 8 week for BEST RESULTS!

8 week program 4 days a week 50min session
2 days dedicated to full body 2 days dedicated to full cardio

$20 a day! $640 for 8 WEEKS. This program I am offering is customized to not only strengthen muscles you didn’t know you had, but also shred inches.

4 weeks (16 days)
$20 60min per session $320

6 weeks (24 days)
$20 60min per session $480

8 weeks (32 days)
$20 60min per session $640

(The national average cost of personal training is $40 to $70 per hour session with most paying $55. For gyms like Prairie Life, Bare gym or even Gold's Gym, rates are $60 per hour.)

You will also receive 1 FREE TRIAL DAY of a 30min Bootcamp style workout designed to surly make you break a sweat!

Good morning guys! As you all know, the weather has been to questionable the past few weeks with heavy winds, rain and of course cold. We’re hoping by next week we will be starting our group fitness workouts. This is a annual, as we are an ALL OUTDOOR workout program. Starting time was supposed to be last month, but due to the weather it had to be pushed to May. We will go as long as the weather isn’t bad. We will not be doing virtual, only face to face. I will keep you’s updated for next weeks schedule. Have a great morning ☺️
