Last night I had an UH-MAZING Tribe Time with the most UH-MAZING clients who I'm so honored to be working with.

We were so and and sharing the innermost parts of us, how we feel at times... and ...even though we are doctors, psychologists, therapists and coaches.

Ladies we ALL feel this way at some times of our lives. ALL of us. YOU are not alone my beauties!

Last night we went into detail as to how to follow these rules, where to put them in your office, on the fridge door....everywhere....

I can tell you right now for my clients, the are AMAZING when they start following them. They come out of their shells and into themselves.

You my lovely are RAD and the world needs your "flavor" in life.

Don't EVER forget that.

So...with that....

1. No Comparing yourself to anyone EVER.

We as women tend to be our own worst critic. We tend to critique ourselves far too much and I'm done with that. Stay in YOUR lane my beauties. Celebrate YOUR body, YOUR mind and YOUR successes. Celebrate with others too because what they've done is UH-MAZING and it deserves to be celebrated.

2. No competing with anyone EVER.

Again, we as women tend to have an innate something in us which forces us to compete with others - and unless you're in a game of Monopoly...absolutely NO competing with anyone. ;-) We have a tendency to be our own worst friend and think "Why do they have it and I don't?" or "They have it so I need it" or even "What's wrong with me because I want that" No competing with anyone EVER.

3. Let's redefine failure as a learning opportunity.

When we lost everything in the mold and flood we could have looked at it as a failure. Everything gone. All of our 40 acres of animals, our whole farm and all of our possessions. Yes, we were desolate, yes we absolutely hurt,...AND we looked at it as a learning opportunity. We were almost bankrupt, we were almost divorced and we were broke. BUT you know what, it took us a while but we got further BECAUSE we learned that lesson.

So what in YOUR life are you holding onto as a failure my lovely? And think on it...how can you take that "failure" and switch it, turn it, pivot it to being all about learning?

4. Don't EVER apologize for HOW YOU FEEL.

This one has CHANGED MY LIFE and so many of my clients lives.
Yes I am absolutely a business coach but how can you sell yourself and what you do without looking at WHO you are as a person and REALLY getting down to the CORE and really enjoying that person...and actually LOVING her?!

When you say "Sorry for ______insert feeling_____" you're apologizing for BEING YOU.

Girl.

STOP THAT.

Really do some soul searching to see why your feeling the way you're feeling and never ever apologize for it. Feelings are what make us people.

Yes, we sometimes CAN over feel - but then we NEED to dig down and see the root of the problem. Just like a doctor, we need to see the root cause of the problem and dig it out NOT just cover it over with a band aid.

People ask me all the time: What's it like to have TWO sets of twins?

Well...you wanna know what?

Do you REALLY wanna know?

It WAS stressful as anything but just like with all things, they settle down and get comfortable -

My question to YOU is - what WAS stressful in YOUR life but now, just like with all things - what has settled doen and gotten comfortable in the past few years?

Was it supposed to or do you feel that longing to do more, to be more and to see more with your life?

Being an entrepreneur all my life, since before I even knew what one was - I have a story and a half to tell....but being a Mother to two sets of twins has been stressful but if it's taught me one thing as an entrepreneur, it would be:

Never give up.
Always push through.
and
Keep your head held high.

Be and keep pushing through no matter what.
