I’m still working out and eating healthy!! I’m in the process of moving so I had to pack up my Maxiclimber but that’s not stopping me! I have a workout plan by Transform You Fitness that doesn’t require any equipment AND I got my ready made Keto Factor_ meals delivered today! I’m making so much progress! My summer before and after pics are about to lit 🔥
👏🏾♥️👏🏾♥️👏🏾♥️👏🏾♥️👏🏾 I’m SUPER PROUD OF MYSELF for completing this 21 day challenge! I stayed consistent and I feel so much stronger AND I can see the change in my muscle tone💪🏾
I’m going to start this challenge over again, incorporate some weight training and keep up with low carb/sugar food!!!
You didn’t gain the weight overnight so be patient with yourself in losing it. Slow and steady makes for long lasting results. Enjoy the journey, this includes the ups and downs, the cheat days, the super charged fat burning days and rest days.
This is not a competition with anyone or anything outside of yourself. Congratulate yourself every time you do it for YOU!!!🔥

I really enjoy the Factor meals. I’m very busy and although I love to cook, sometimes 😜, making time to meal prep is difficult.
I did some research and found Factor’s prepared meals were what I was looking for! They are really delicious and I didn’t have to add anything to them.

I substituted salmon in place of tuna and I’m never going back!!!
Ok sooo I was NOT ready for 30 minutes on this tuhday!!!😳🥵😰🥵 but you know what? I accepted the challenge that my body could do it and guess what?! I CRUSHED it today! I focused on my breathing and I visualized the results of my future self (body) this coming spring/summer! I’m determined to be my best self going forward! NO EXCUSES!
For ME, eating nutritious food AND working out makes a difference. It is said that weight loss begins in the kitchen. I say that if you wanna double down on it, adding cardio plus resistance training adds fuel to the fat burning fire 🔥
I don’t care if my workout is done in the morning or evening- trust and believe it will be done!💪🏾
I almost made today another “rest” day because I didn’t feel like working out.
Again I had to conjure up the will to remain consistent and again I was so proud of myself for pushing through it that I started to cry. I held myself accountable, gave it my best and it felt amazing!!! 🔥💪🏾

I always have time for self improvement! I see changes in my body already and I’ll post “before and after pics” when I’m ready. I’m feeling the burn with each workout, maintaining a calorie deficit and recreating my body🔥🔥🔥💪🏾💚
