Many religions and philosophies arose to explain the cause of Evil and Suffering in this world. But, only the Judeo-Christian Biblical worldview provides an ample solution and a blissful hope of removal of Evil and Suffering. Some questions are repeated in every century. Among them is "Does God Exist?" and if so, "Why does He allow so much Evil and Suffering"? I have dealt with this issue in a two-part teaching series from a Biblical perspective. The first part entitled "Evil & Suffering - Questions and Issues" is available now.
In the first part, I have presented the questions among common people concerning Evil & Suffering, arguments of atheists against the biblical God who believe that both Good and Evil is a logical contradiction, the views within non-theistic and non-Christian worldviews, and also the unbiblical responses to Evil within Christendom. It is followed by the biblical definition and kinds of Evil.
In the second part, I will be providing biblical responses and solution to the problem of Evil and suffering. Teaching is in English with Tamil translation. Watch and be blessed.
