Pm we your accomplishments each day and we will

3 times biking to walking

So 20 min a day is equal to 60 min a day

Walking 20 min x 6 days a week = 120 min a week (2 hours a week)

Biking 1 hours x 6 days a week = 6 hours

Swimming to added at a later time

Since it’s summer/beach season let’s work on abs. I would like everyone input please so here’s mine.

1. Crunches 50
2. Russian twist 50
3. Plank (3 sets of 30 seconds)
4. Leg lifts 50

Let me know yall thoughts plus let’s ad only fruit/protein smoothie for breakfast for June.
