Pm we your accomplishments each day and we will
3 times biking to walking
So 20 min a day is equal to 60 min a day
Walking 20 min x 6 days a week = 120 min a week (2 hours a week)
Biking 1 hours x 6 days a week = 6 hours
Swimming to added at a later time

3. Plank (3 sets of 30 seconds)
4. Leg lifts 50
Let me know yall thoughts plus let’s ad only fruit/protein smoothie for breakfast for June.
