Let's chat about something many of us take for granted: employer-provided life insurance. Insurance is such a depressing...boring topic....why would anyone have any interest in it?

Well...after losing all of my electronics when my apartment was struck by lightening? I was fresh out of college, barely making ends meet and had to figure out how I would replace all of my electronics at one time.

That's when I learned about Renter's Insurance....soooo, I could have paid $10 a month and this would have been replaced? LESSON LEARNED! Sign me up....

When I got my first job out of college and didn't understand what a health deductible was. My mother who worked in health insurance got tired of explaining the differences to me in policies as I moved from job to job...she gave me the BEST advice....READ YOUR POLICY!

When my cousin started working at State Farm and the agent was so committed to helping me learn about the importance of establishing a life policy at an early age.

I got my first policy AND planned my funeral so that my loved ones could grieve in peace.

After having my babies....I started to see the savvy moves others were making with insurance to secure generational wealth, I had an epiphany: 'Why shouldn't I get in on this?'

Mondays are for dialing! With that being said, we know that some of our agents are at training events and some are on the phones... however, we believe that either of those actions will help to set them up for huge days in the field serving families! It's important in "this business" to have a "servant's heart!"

We blinked and an entire month went by! We've been so busy at the Virtual Desk - we got silent. We are still here just so busy working behind the scenes on new service offerings for existing clients and new clients alike!

Meetings are necessary! Some of our clients love to start their week with a weekly check in. Some like a mid-week chat and yet others prefer an end of week wrap up.

It doesn't matter to us when you schedule it, we just know and appreciate how much smoother things run when we have that weekly check in.

We know Rome wasn't built in a day BUT how can you onboard new agents properly if you don't keep up with where they are in their journey?
