Google review of Atozbodyfitness by Jonathan Melendez ★★★★★ "I've trained with Adam several times and, everytime I'm never disappointed. He's easy to get along with and genuinely cares about your fitness goals. My goal was to lose weight, I went from 295 to 200 with Adam's help. Adam is patent when introducing a new workout and, pushes you to...
This is a different variation you can do of knee raises if you can't do the regular versions.
Just tap your heels on the ground and then raise them to a 90 degree or a little higher.

Eventually if you want put on dense muscle and also grow and gain strength you should always open up your set with a heavy weighted exercise and continue to do this for at least 50% of your routine, whatever it is that day. As an example, if I'm doing biceps, and I'm aiming to do 4 or 5 exercises with 3 sets each, the first set is going to be a heavy set. So whatever exercise it is, I'm going to get a weight that I can manage to do 4 to 6 clean reps with. And when I say clean reps, I mean even though its heavy, you are still able to perform it to about 80% or higher of proper form capability. Then the next two sets you are going to lower the weight and perform the same exercise to 15 reps or more. There is so many other techniques you can add on to this to make it even more challenging which I show on my YouTube channel or even on Instagram as well. But for starters you can just do this. But the point is, doing this will help to shock your muscle and increase strength gains over time. Do you have to do it this way? No, you can see results without it. But I guarantee you it will only help you improve overtime if you do.

You need and must have goals for weight loss. Because how else are you going to track what you lose and where you started from? Sure you can lose some weight without tracking caloires. But that's not the best plan because when things aren't measured you aren't optimizing your succession rate. But I know it goes even deeper than that. Sometimes there's an insecurity there. You don't like to hold yourself accountable by aiming for weight loss goals because you feel you might not hit them because internally you dont fully believe in yourself. I've come across this so many times with past clients and I never allow that to happen anymore. If we move foreward we need to track caloires and have weight loss goal and also checkpoints. There has to be a goal and there needs to be accountability from yourself otherwise you really won't get as much success as you could have. You have to think of it has having the highest respect for yourself which is keeping yourself structured for the highest succession rate. And if you don't keep track then this sets you up for possible failure which then will put you in a unhappy mood which will lead you to stop training. You have to keep track and measure your goals. What gets measured gets accomplished.

Far to often I have people come to me and say how they have plateaued or how they feel they aren't being challenged anymore. This really is an easy fix. And the answer is you need to make your workouts more challenging. Whether it's increasing the intensity or the time or trying a new workout and even adding in new techniques, you have to create more adversity. Because if you don't two things happen. One is that you potentially slow growth quite a bit. And two, it gets boring. You should want to go into your workout and give it the best you can that day. Not everyone has the same energy everyday so just push the best you can. And if you can do that, and not just stop at doing 10 reps, or 12 reps, or 30 seconds, but go beyond that, you'll find your workouts will become more fun, dynamic and have more depth to then abd you will continue to get growth.

It really does take time and longer than you think to see your results. Weather its weight loss, muscle gain, ESPECIALLY flexibility, it's going to take alot longer than alot of these ads suggest. You need to just keep putting in the time, making sure you are creating progressive overload and also ensuring your nutrition is on point. Meaning you're not just eating better but also understanding how to portion size and also know not to over eat. Whoever said this didn't require work or if they made it sound easy to you is a liar. Some might find a process to success easier than others but it ALWAYS requires work and dedication and those are two things you can want to selfishly control. Keep going and trust the process.

The secret to fat loss is eating less caloires and working out and getting as much movement as you can during the day. Also, eating low calorie dense food while being in a deficit works to. O yea, also eating healthily, or fasting, or even eating vegan works. Don't forget that cardio is really good for the heart and also gets you to drop weight as we'll. You see where I'm going with this? There is no single secret. It requires dedication and hard work mixed with consistency. That's the secret.
