Hello friends

I’ve not posted on this page for a time, because as some of you know, my husband and I have been busy with work (4am starts), as well as looking for a rental place to live and all things involved with moving house. As well as trying to practice patience waiting for our new home to be built. On top of that navigating ongoing family and personal issues.

To say the least, I am exhausted.

Along with that, and because of that there has been no activity or sales/commissions on here. All these things combined have given me pause to wonder why I keep this page. I’m not making anything; I’m not successful as a craft business. If I make anything it has just ended up packed in a box, and there it will most likely stay.

The crochet community would call this a loss of my crochet mojo; my “crojo”.

I am certain this will pass, once we are settled in our new housing, and with Christmas coming, hopefully requests and commissions will start up again. Either that, or I will close this page do my projects for me and just continue on with my life.

Sorry for the long post, but I feel like I needed to get this off my chest.

I've noticed crochet clothes are selling in stores. Instead of an off the rack cardigan that is no doubt unethically created, and would like an unique, one of a kind cardigan in your choice of colour/s and length, send me a Facebook message to let me know. ☺️ 🧶

We did it! 25 days in the can and what better way to tie it all up than with a Santa photo. I did. It make the Santa or the child, but I did make the baby’s hat as a commission piece for a friend.

This is the blanket I made for secret Santa last year. It took months, and included Harry Potter fabrics backing. The recipient was very pleased.
