Thank y’all so much for your orders this week! As y’all know ( if you watch my stories daily haha ) I’m doing the majority of this stuff all on my own. So I’m ordering inventory , taking photos and uploading to site and to the instas , answering dms , adding labels and packaging each item etc .. with the amount of orders coming in , I hope you understand this isn’t going to be a quick 1 day turn around 😅 so please give me about 7 days from the day you order , for me to get it all ready and sent to you 🙏🏽 Thank you for understanding and being patient with me as a new small ( busy Af 😂 ) business owner. May 15th , 2018. The very first day we opened doors .. and I became an OWNER. Wow.. so surreal to look back at the girl in this video , dressed all cute , nervous but hide it with a smile and had the comfort of momma Sums to give her the little extra confidence she needed that day 💜

This girl didn’t know what to expect and what hurtles she would have to get through , learning the ropes of finances , hiring different positions not hair related and learning what supplies they needed etc , learning that everyone that works there might not be the perfect fit and it’s ok to hire and fire until you find the perfect crew. COVID shut down ...

She has been through A LOT .. but every single set back , has worked like a sling shot and every time she was held back and hurt , the slingshot would release her forward and land in a way better place ahead. She’s glad she went through the struggles her first few years because she LEARNED so much and is a better boss , leader , role model and inspiration to everyone who has watched her stumble but always caught herself and kept walking with her head held high. 👑

To this young naive girl , 3 years ago , I just want to say I love you..: and I’m so proud of you 🤍

✨ This is literally just the beginning guys - I can’t wait to see what I am going to look back and say to me , three years from now 😌✨

Ahh I’m so excited 😆 ok so it’s a Little bit of Cali + Little bit of Dally ! I was born in California 🌊 and lived there until I was 14 and then moved to Texas 🐮 I feel like I have this sense of style that is a mix of both worlds but with a Katie 💃🏻 twist that just makes it really unique and cute! So I wanted to make my outfits available and affordable for you!

This is just the beginning ( very very beginning ) of a really fun journey , and I want you to be a part of ALL of it! So with that being said , tomorrow will be my FIRST day to go to the Dallas market center to look at vendors IN PERSON! Wooo! So will you come with me tomorrow and help me pick out some things?
