Creating a beautiful mosaic from brokenness.
Capture the moments that create memories!
Keep your focus on what lies ahead!
This is the most common question I am asked. How do I stay disciplined. It took me a while but I got it.
👉Get organized. Clutter creates confusion. When things are in their perspective places, you can think clearer.
👉Create a to-do list. This helps you run your day and not allow your day to run you. It's ok if you don't complete everything on it.
👉Consistency is 🔑! That's important.
👉Do it regardless of how you feel. Your feelings lie to you. Stop doing things based on your emotions.

Happy Friday! Make time for YOU, this weekend. Get outdoors and disconnect from everything and everyone. Take time to listen to your body and relax from the stress of daily life. Remember, you can't pour from an empty cup! Oh and don't forget to drink more water!
Let 2023 be the year of You. The year you say yes to yourself and take the limits off. I am so excited to walk into my new season. I am excited to announce my CORE Collective. This group will be for YOU, if you are ready to go from transition to trajectory. This group will help you build mental, emotional and spiritual endurance. So stay tuned. I can't wait to welcome you!
Join me tonight! It's going to be powerful!
Just a little motivation to get you pumped!
Saturday Motivation.
You won't always feel like it. You have to push pass your feelings and get back in the game.
YOUR PAIN DOESN'T DEFINE YOU!
1️⃣Pushing past your pain and walking in your purpose requires grit, a will to succeed and a determined mindset.
2️⃣Trials will come, believe me I have been there. I was a divorced mom of two boys at the age of 23 and I refused to become a statistic.
3️⃣I became the role model I wanted my boys to have. I decided they weren't going to look to an outside source for inspiration. There were times when I wanted to walk away but I knew there was a purpose.
