We had a fantastic time at the Family Fun Night last night at Hocking Hills Paint Parties and More! Thank you to everyone who brought their kiddos to paint ornaments and create Rudolph gift bags. It was a highlight of my Christmas season crafting with the children. Merry Christmas! 🎄🎁🤶🎅

Thought I'd share a little Christmas village I made out of cardstock, my Cricut, and fairy lights, over the last couple of years. (Credit for the svg files go to Jennifer Maker, Happiness is Homemade, and Cricut Design Space.) I'd like to make some different ones and turn them into gingerbread houses. Anyone made something similar? Share pics in the comments.

CHRISTMAS DECORATING TIP #2: DECORATING ON A BUDGET! Decorating does not have to cost a lot of money. This centerpiece cost about $2.00 to create. Red bucket from Dollar Tree, pinecones from outside in nature, and fairy lights $.71 cents from Amazon. It looks festive and cute to use on a table or by a fireplace. Be creative and use things you have or can get inexpensively.

CHRISTMAS DECORATING TIP #1: Use a gingerbread theme in your dining or kitchen area. Place items on your kitchen table, a side table (as shown here), or a shelf. Add some fairy lights if you wish. Watch for more decorating tips soon!
