1. YOUR INTIMACY IS 💯 YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

I asked a client the other day: “ How’s your intimacy going?”

I got back a : “it’s fine” as she shrugged her shoulders. 🤷🏻‍♀️

And then I said to her, “Well, do u realize that your intimacy 100% your responsibility?”

She looked shocked. 😳 “I thought it was 100% his responsibility to initiate.”

By the end of the session, her mind got the good news: that she’s no longer stuck in waiting for “it” to happen. In fact, she was quite interested and eager to try out a myriad of new possibilities at home.

It was hot witnessing her Activating her feminine power. 🫦

2. BE SELFISH❤️

Omg say what?! 😳

Haha Yes, being selfish has a bad rap.
When I heard Dr. Jon Connelly, the founder of RRT, tell me this… my mind went bonkers.

“BUT! I used to be shamed by my family when they thought I was being selfish! Being selfish is bad!” 😳 I thought.

Yet, after 1 RRT session, my unconscious mind understood what it meant.

it wasn’t about it being MORALLY right or wrong. It was about the effect positive it has on one’s intimacy.

🔥Being selfish in my intimacy led to me initiating intimacy, really enjoying it for my own pleasure (being selfish)… and as a natural result, my partner also loved me loving it, and we started having that “omg whaaaat just happened” intimacy vs. mediocre intimacy. Yup. True story🔥

Being selfish is GOOOD for intimacy babes 🫦

3. YOU ARE OKAY WITHOUT HIM ✌🏼

An RRT classic. 

Bc, “needing” him, wanting to spend all your time with him, is probably not creating the desired result you are looking for 👀

What I’m suggesting with this one is that, when unconscious mind gets that you are okay without him (like, you will not die! You will survive!), all of a sudden, a lot of stuck energy gets freed up. Space. Freedom. And a lot of choice reappears. That allows the spark to return, and the the relationship becomes a whole lot juicier. 🫦

An ode to Amsterdam 🖤

Tbh, I never grew up thinking I'd one day i’d live in Amsterdam 🙃

But, 8 years ago, first time I visited Amsterdam, I received a ping ✨ from the universe.

I was visiting my first Dutch friend and I remember sitting on the back of her bike as she huffed and puffed us around Amsterdam (poor girl! I ain't no feather 😅 checkout photo #2)

We passed by Gerard Douplein in de pijp neighborhood, and I whipped out my phone and took a photo of the square, telling her, “hmmm… I could live here!” (Swipe photo #3)

And, sure enough, 5 years after that, I moved to that exact square in Amsterdam with my then-Dutch boyfriend (now Husband).
 
Its wiiiiild how, when it's meant to be, it's just damn meant to be…

And, I stayed in Amsta for the people (not the weather lol ☔️)
 
Bc, to me, the Dutchies are just different than other people I’ve met.
 
Polite. Humble. Down to earth. REAL.
Honest (maybe sometimes too honest 😝). Open-Minded. Intelligent. Value work-life balance.
 
I love it how in the Netherlands, you can go through an entire dinner with people and the question of “what do you do?” (typically one of the first things Americans ask)… is never mentioned.
 
Because, people here tend to care about other things. Like who you actually are as a person. What do you truly value? What makes your heart light up and sing?
 
The community that I’ve found here is just next-level, and it is the thing that keeps me coming back for more.
 
Even though it's far from my family and childhood friends. Even though it’s far from my American network, work opportunities it might create, and the flow of lots of capital…
 
I choose to be here. In this country. In this city. With my Dutchies.
 
I realize that that, I actually want quite simple things in life, contrary to my American upbringing taught me, like:

A delicious group of friends. A community of like-minded female leaders.
 
THIS makes me happy.

(PART II)

Two years ago, somewhere along the way I got lost in serving. It became more about the accumulation of money because I didn't feel like I could support myself entirely. My energy went towards my survival instead of my service.

Maybe you can relate.

Now, after finding immense safety through inner healing and a business model that beautifully nourishes me,
it cracks my heart open to be of service.

I support powerful women lead from their hearts.

And, I also have time and energy left over to also devote to service beyond my core business.

And, it feels so deeply fulfilling, and exactly what I came here to do.

That’s the mission: to be of service.
And, that doesn't mean over-extending yourself and acting like Mother Theresa or a doormat.

It means, building a life whereby your cup is so filled up because you are taking epic care of yourself, your clients and your business, that you have even more love + energy left over to share with the people around you. You are vibrating so high living your purpose, you can't but help spread that light + wisdom to your community, near and far.

The question I often ask myself in meditation is:

How can I spread love to the people who are in my current reality, today, right now?

And, it doesn't have to be an orphanage in Cambodia either, lol.

It can be:
🤍Taking a neighbor who is in a rut out for a coffee.
🤍Sending relief money to earthquake support in Turkey and Syria.
🤍Checking in on a friend who recently is going thruuuuuuu it and needs some support.


My question for you is:

1) Who do you sense needs love today, right now!? the person will likely pop up into your mind.

2) How can you extend a hand to someone in your current reality that might need it right now?

Whether your love comes in the form of a text, a phone call, pro-bono work, money, words of affirmation and simply sending love…

love is energy.
share it today.
you will feel amazing for it.
you are that powerful.

I've never shared this with you before...

✨story time! ✨

There was a time when I was completely over-delivering, bending backwards and forcing myself to do things for clients.

As a result, I’d often feel stabbing pains in my belly and tightness around my throat.

The honest truth was that I was miserable AF🙋🏻‍♀️

and no amount of joe dispenza meditations, sound bath healings, or sales coaching could get me out of it

And even though my clients were doing incredibly well... I was the one suffering.

I so badly wanted to influence my reality and reach those coveted $30k months...

But the truth was that my obsession kept me focused inwards,

On being lost in the sea of NOT ENOUGH land,

Which prevented me from feeling good internally enough to ACT and influence my outside world and reach my goals.

Until... one day... I finally freakin' woke the hell UP. ☀️😍

I decided to fire that draining client and create my own rules to coach and live by.
