Salmon with wild rice, spinach and red peppers
I seasoned the salmon with⬇️
1 Tbsp of sugar free dipping chili sauce
Old bay seasoning
Garlic powder
Added red peppers & spinach
✅Cooked salmon with 0 calories olive oil spray. I cook salmon until the salmon turns a bit brown- that’s the way I like it.
✅Cooked rice with a bit of pink Himalayan salt and water-Cook as you would normally cook rice.

Progress pictures are so important in your fitness journey. This is .elocin she is in my personal training program. Every week before her training starts we do a check in on the scale however, I encourage progress pictures so can see her hard work paying off.
The scale is great way to keep a track record of your progress however, seeing yourself and seeing the change is much more motivational in my opinion 🙌🏻
TIPS⬇️
✅ To ensure you track your body as accurately as possible, aim to take your pictures at the same time of day. In the morning after your first bathroom break is the optimal time as this is the most accurate representation of what your body looks like.
✅Take progress pictures with the same clothes and face the camera the same way each picture.
✅Take front, side and back view pictures in the same position each time.

Live life like everyday is the last one. Enjoy every second of it to the fullest and never look back.

Who said training would be easy⁉️
Who said nutrition would be easy⁉️
Who said eliminating bad habits would be easy⁉️
Guess what? It is not easy and simple. We all started at the starting point and we all had a first time. Just know it takes time and dedication. You will not be an expert overnight and you will not see results overnight. One thing I do know based on my experience is that you can not have success if you do not get uncomfortable.‼️There are times we have to face our fears, insecurities, doubts and come out of that bubble! You have to get comfortable being uncomfortable 🔥
When I started my fitness journey I worried a lot… what about if I did my workouts wrong?… what about if I do not see results?… what about if people make fun of me?… what about and the list goes on and on!
My advise is that you change your mindset and focus only on you. Don’t be ashamed if your workouts are not perfect or if your form is not the best or what people will think etc. Do not be so hard on yourself instead focus on what you can control.
Things you can control and can work on⬇️⬇️⬇️
🎯Go to the gym with an open mind that you are learning and you are not perfect!
🎯Record yourself and look at your form and work on improving each time.
🎯Learn, learn! If you want to lose weight or build muscle that bad! Then focus on learning by reading, looking at videos, listening to videos, practicing your form and being open to feedback, getting a trainer to help you, asking a friend etc.
🎯Start one day at a time. I know it can be hard to break old habits however, I recommend you look at your progress daily. For example: Today, You will drink or eat one less cup or plate of those bad habits. Then tomorrow, Try less than what you did the day before until you can completely eliminate any bad habits.
Remember, get comfortable being uncomfortable‼️
