Nine years ago ;in awe of God’s grace in our story.
Reflecting on some of my darkest days from 2015, I realize that these moments have transformed into some of the most sacred and profound parts of my heart. Revisiting my journal from that year has been a powerful reminder of how far we’ve come and how clearly I can see now.
I’m incredibly grateful to Katherine Wolf talk at Passion City Church on Sunday
for reminding me that suffering is a part of life, but in Christ, we have the opportunity to be renewed and transformed.
1. Embracing Growth: My suffering becomes a bit more bearable when I embrace the person I have become through it.
2. Healing Through Wounds: God can turn our deepest wounds into a source of healing for the world around us.
3. Living Hope: Hope isn’t a fixed point but a living force that propels me forward every day.
This is real life & these points remind me of the resilience and strength we gain through our struggles, and how God’s grace continues to guide us.

The Recommended Daily Allowances (RDA) suggestions are vastly off, especially when it comes to how much protein we should be consuming.
Protein is a vital part of our diet, it’s necessary for muscle health, weight management, and overall well-being.
Most people should be eating at least 100g of protein each day, or 1g per pound of body weight. It’s also important to eat protein steadily throughout the day, rather than mostly at dinner. Aim to get 30-40g of protein at every meal.

I’m obsessed with my fig jam !
I am not a great gardener but this fig tree just keeps giving , every year! Such a blessing , we love them!
Here’s is my recipe :
2 lbs fresh figs, washed, stems removed and cut into quarters
1 1/2 cups honey (I used local raw honey, in it’s liquid state)
1/4 cup water
Boil for an hour stirring regularly!

Gratitude will carry you through the toughest of times. When you start to make thankfulness a part of your everyday life , you will begin to notice more of Gods blessings in and around you. It will change your perspective of your difficult circumstances and it will reframe your negative thinking
This is how I started to make gratitude a daily habit .
✍️ Wake up & write down 3 things you are grateful for every morning. It might seem hard at first , but the more you do it the easier it will become.
Living in GRATITUDE to the Lord for EVERYTHING, the good , the bad , the ugly ; it will open your heart & eyes to all the small blessings around you.
