Azad-Nehru Study Forum is organizing a Public Lecture as we commemorate the Constitution Day.

On November 29, Tuesday, Prof. KK Kailash, Department of Political Science, UoH will deliver the lecture titled - 'One Nation', New India and the Hollowing Out of the Federal Idea. The lecture will be conducted at *05.00PM at Ambedkar Audiorium.

Azad Nehru Students Forum hosted a public lecture delivered by Yogendra Yadav titled "Bharat Jodo: Why and How".

The BJP-RSS machine has destroyed the secular fabric and decimated the institutional framework of the Indian republic. He argued that as young citizens of this country, it is our duty to uphold the values enshrined in the constitution, inherited through our freedom struggle.

He called on the audience to join the Bharat Jodo Yatra atra.

Azad-Nehru Study Forum, HCU is hosting a Public Lecture titled "Bharat Jodo: Why and How?" to be delivered by Yogendra Yadav on 10.10.2022, Monday at 05:30PM in the CV Raman Auditorium, Old Sciences Building, University of Hyderabad.

Yogendra Yadav is a social and political activist. As an eminent academic he has contributed immensely to the study of Indian politics and democracy. He is one among the founders of Jai Kisan Andolan and Swaraj India.

The first session of Reading Indian Democracy Series hosted by Azad Nehru Study Forum, HCU met at IGML Lawns. The group deliberated on the readings that has to be taken up for the future and discussed the general conventions that has to be followed in the session. We read Rajni Kothari's The Meaning of Jawaharlal Nehru . Thi was followed by a discussion on different questions on democracy and nationalism in the 60s.

Reading Indian Democracy Series is a 10-week long session of Readings and discussions on various texts which attempt to understand our democracy organised by Azad Nehru Study Forum.

Azad Nehru Study Forum will hold the first session of Reading Indian Democracy Series on 1st April 2022 at 05:00PM at Indira Gandhi Memorial Library Lawns. We will read the text The meaning of Jawaharlal Nehru by Rajni Kothari.

We invite all students interested in the working of our democracy to join us for the session.

Chandra Bhan Prasad is an Indian journalist, writer, activist and political commentator. He is the author of the book Defying the Odds- The Rise of Dalit Entrepreneurs (2014). Chandra Bhan Prasad has been promoting the idea of Dalit Capitalism for more than two decades.

Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Memorial Lecture hosted by Azad-Nehru Study Forum, HCU will be delivered by Shaunna Rodrigues on 11th November 2020. Shaunna Rodrigues is a PhD candidate in the Department of Middle Eastern, South Asian and African Studies, Columbia University. Shaunna Rodrigues will deliver the lecture titled "The Promise of Azad’s Intellectual Legacy for the Congress Party, and Indian Democracy." The Lecture is scheduled for 7:30 PM IST.
