This week I attended the US Travel Association’s annual conference, IPW, hosted by Visit San Antonio and Travel Texas. It was four days of networking, eating, drinking and having fun with 5,000 other travel professionals. I love San Antonio and it was the perfect host to the attendees from 60 different countries. We got to experience a river parade, saw the new development at the Alamo and the city turned on the San Antonio River tree lights for the conference. It warmed my heart to see the city roll out the red carpet and showcase its best features.
