Happy 52nd Araw ng Rosario!

Today, June 21, 2021, by virtue of Republic Act No.5760, marks the 52nd Founding Anniversary of the Municipality of Rosario, Agusan del Sur and at the same time the municipality's 20th celebration of Yagi-Yagi Festival.

The restrictions brought by the pandemic have affected and halted various tourism and cultural activities which also changed how such endeavors are implemented. However, despite these circumstances, we should be grateful that we are still here, safe and sound, to commemorate and celebrate our town's founding anniversary.

Please be informed that this year will be the last celebration of the Yagi-Yagi Festival, by virtue of Municipal Ordinance No. 08 Series of 2021 enacted last April 20, 2021, and approved on April 21, 2021, changing Yagi-Yagi Festival into BUYAWAN (Gold) Festival starting next year.

Happy Araw ng Rosario! And keep safe Rosariohanons!
