Custom Cabinet Refinishing

We just can't stop STAIRing! 😅 After we finish the kitchen cabinets, our clients often call us back to do their vanities and stair rails. We love working with John & Kirsten, so happy they keep finding new projects for us!

Thank goodness for word-of-mouth! I rarely remember to post here on fb and will prob never get the hang of marketing & social media. Ha! It's a good thing that our work has been speaking for itself.

Like Craig's kitchen here...his friends all ended up calling us after seeing our work. That turned into four more jobs for us (thanks Craig) and it just keeps happening that way. We recently did three kitchens on the same cul-de-sac, ha! Friends telling friends has been a blessing. So very fortunate!

Hi! We're a family biz. People said it could be crazy to work together, but we're having the time of our lives! I'm (Amy) the mom/founder/sprayer. Daughter (Avery) & son (Carson) round out the CCR crew.

It's an odd thing to raise your kids to not stress about achieving perfection - and then, on the job, complete freaking 180...ha! "It's worth doing right" became the mantra. And that means we all sometimes drive ourselves batty striving for and working relentlessly on mastering a perfect finish on every inch of the cabinets. It's been fun teaching them these skills over the past year and a half! And a mostly-welcomed challenge. And know what? They're (we're) so very good at this!

After painting their kitchen cabinets, the Coy's had us come back to refinish the office cabinets too. Then they talked me into painting the countertop as well (poured epoxy)...not my usual wheelhouse, but I love getting to be creative *and* being able to pull off a budget-friendly high-end look. That's a win!

Can we talk about color schemes? Aida nailed it with these choices! What a pleasure it was to see this one come together ❤!

Trent & Ashlee didn't love their cabinet doors, so we replaced them with (relatively inexpensive) new MDF doors and drawer-fronts. Trent also put his carpentry skills to work and trimmed out the plain panels on his island. We bondo'd, caulked, and sanded to make everything perfectly flush and coated it all with KCMA-approved airbrushed lacquer. Then we drilled holes and installed new hardware. We celebrated Avery's bday while refinishing Lynn & Jim's cabinets. They had a cake and a card waiting for her...incredibly sweet! Loved working on their kitchen and, whoa, the finish these oak cabinets is so clean and bright!

Out of the shadows and into the light! The color really brightened up the space and we're happy to have been a part of such a beautiful transformation!

Navy blue for the WIN! Becky tells us it makes her heart sing everytime she walks in the kitchen. Grateful for the chance to do such a cool transformation!

Scratched, chipping, and cracking old paint? Not a problem! Our Surfprep sander also got a workout today on this well-worn butcher block beauty!

These cabinets had for sure seen better days. They just needed a little love. And lots of bondo. And sanding. And lacquer. And some new hardware. We refinished the old countertop as well. Whadda stunner!

Looking forward to being able to work on cabinets in homes again soon, but meanwhile, we've been keeping busy during the stay-at-home order with projects in unoccupied homes. This home is a massive 1895 victorian. Every wall, every ceiling, every bit of trim perfectly restored and painted. We even refinished the hardwood floors!
