Every Monday we'll meet at a different glorious outdoor space in the Philadelphia area, and explore a variety of modalities and exercises. Something different every week. Great for anyone who wants to sweat and is inspired by the outdoors.

It’s exhilarating! A client in her sixties (who agreed to let me mention her success but preferred not be named) has lost 23 lbs in three months. Her mobility and balance have improved greatly. She does two sessions each week, has a plan to walk a certain distance every day, and she’s made some simple changes to what she eats. She still jokes about the exercises she doesn’t like, but she practically laughs through most workouts. Seeing someone enjoy accomplishing their goals is the best part!
