My Disabilities Series (Part 2)

Days went by and I kept enduring the words my parents and people around use on me. Everything got worst when Cynthia had to travel on vacation with her parents because school was on holidays.

We couldn't see each other but we at least spoke once in a while on phone calls. Her presence met a lot to me but right now, I had to do without it.

On a fateful morning, my parents had disagreement within themselves and the best they could do is rash their aggression on me.

I was in room because that's the best place I could be for myself. My mum walked in and was yelling at me. I didn't understood the whole drama untill she rised her hands on me.

Why¿?

I was totally confused.

I couldn't bear it and I asked her what exactly I did to deserve such. The response was unimagined. She asked me to leave the house and never returned that she's done with me being a member of the family.

Honestly, I thought it was a joke not until she pushed me out of the compound and locked the gate. My dad was just there doing nothing. The least he could state is that I deserve the approach.

Cynthia called me the second time but I didn't hear because I was in great sober. My tears were so pure and innocent. Cynthia had no option than to come closer. I was stared but I held my self. She knew I was crying because of how my mom spoke to me.

My story is touching and an incredible one. I am the only child of my parents but my parents behold me as a curse to them because of my look.

My mom almost lost her life while giving birth to me. My Dad detests me so much and wished I didn't make it at birth alive. They called me a curse and said to my face that I'm never going to produce or output something positive in life.

I have lived as a loner. I had no friends except from Cynthia who stood by me at all times. Her parents had punished and instructed her never to come close to me that I'm a bad luck but she didn't heed their instructions.

Cynthia never ceases to encourage and keeps pushing me to love and see the best in me. It wasn't easy on my side because there seems so much negative energy vibrates within my World.

Going to school was a disaster to me. Every one in school has something negative to say to me especially my ugly look. I never enjoyed Education like other kids.

At some points, I want to die. Didn't wanna exist at all. It's all heartbreaking especially when even your family are making life harder for you.

Many Nigerians may have heard various superstitions about a mysterious being or entity, known as a bush baby, that cries at night. But some don't know that bush baby is actually an animal, not a supernatural being or some sort of mystical human as stories and movies often depict.

Bush babies are primates native to East Africa and sub-Shara Africa. They are so called because they cry like human infants at night.

Their human-baby-like cry is often heard at night because they are generally active at night and sleep during the day. The cries are for territory protection or communication with their families.

Bush babies mostly give birth to twins or triplets. They dip their hands in their p*e and mark their territories with the smell of the p*e as they jump from trees to trees.

A male bush baby claims its female by pěěịng on her.

And no, bush babies don't have a so-called mat. They mostly live in tree hollows and secluded places as a family of, about 6.

Bush baby don't attack humans. They feed on insects and fruits.

WHAT A WICKED WORLD!😭😭😭

Samaila Sabo Awudu is a native Taraban and was serving his fatherland in the compulsory one year youth service when the cold hands of death came knocking at his door😭😭😭😭

The killers came in the dark cover of night. Samaila Sabo Awudu was attacked in the staff quarters, an apartment rented by the school he was serving with and lived with many occupants. Sad to say that his room was isolated for this gruesome act. The killers locked every occupant room in the staff quarters so that help cannot be obtained and using an axe, proceeded to hack him to death. The Shila Boys terrorizing Jimeta axis are a prime suspect.
He was heavily descended on and sustained high degree of injuries on his head which led to an urgent surgical procedure on his skull and brain tissue at the Teaching Hospital in Yola. Sadly Samaila could not make it!
We call on the NYSC to join hands with Adamawa state government in order to unravel the perpetrators of this heinous crime. And Taraba state government on its part should urgently intimate her Adamawa state counterpart on this ugly development and not only work towards securing lives of Taraba sons and daughters deployed to the state for their one year mandatory service but also ensure that Samaila's killers are arrested and brought to face the full wrath of the law. May God grant his soul eternal rest and give no rest to the wicked.
