Shame and Grief, we know it all too well. I am in the process of healing from losing parts of my past self and letting go of alot of my past self. Struggling through life while holding on to grief from childhood has been a process but I'm telling you it has been a beautiful journey.

Shame and Grief is binding or paralyzing at times. The memories flood in, the feelings are felt once more, the trauma relived through thoughts or dreams. It doesn't have to be that way. It doesn't have to haunt every waking moment of every day. It doesn't have to replay day and night.

I am letting go of the Shame and Grief that I have been carrying since I was a very young child. I have been going to therapy for over a year now, journaling, meditating, taking classes, literally anything I can do to heal from the trauma of my childhood up until now.

That's why I became a healer! That's why I do readings! That's why I have certifications in many areas because I want to HELP OTHERS through their journey. Through their pain, sadness, shame, grief, trauma, anger, anything! I know how it feels! I've been there. I've walked in your shoes. I've seen those same eyes in the mirror before. I've seen that expression, that smile to show the world that everything is "ok", the strong person that feels like they're about to break. I'm here. I have your back. Don't give up no matter what! I will be your biggest cheerleader!
