Shakshuka

-4 eggplants
-2 potatoes
-2 green peppers
-1 red peppers
-1 onion
-4 cloves of garlic
-4 tomatoes
-1 teaspoon tomato paste
-1 teaspoon of sugar
-Salt, desired spices
-1 glass of hot water
-Oil for frying

Eggplants and potatoes are cut into cubes, put in salted water, let's wait for a while.
Then let's take the oil in a suitable pan and heat it.
Let's take our eggplants and potatoes, which we took from the saltwater and dried, into the pan.
Chop the onion and garlic and fry them in a small amount of oil.
Chop the green peppers and put them in the pan.
Let's add the grated tomato and tomato paste to it and mix it.
After a while, add sugar, salt, black pepper, and paprika and mix again.
Add hot water and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Finally, let's take the fried eggplants and potatoes into the pan and let them blend with the sauce we cooked.

Our shakshuka is ready to serve.

Chocolate Cookies

-100 g butter or margarine
-1 egg
-Chocolate
-1 cup of powdered sugar
-2.5 cups of flour
-1 packet of vanilla
-1 packet of baking powder

Mix the softened margarine and powdered sugar thoroughly.
Add the egg and mix.
Add the flour, baking powder, and vanilla and knead.
Let's add the chocolate last and knead.
Take walnut-sized pieces from the kneaded dough, roll them by hand and place them on the baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
Let's serve when it's cold.

Almond Cake

-3 eggs
-1 glass of sugar
-Half a glass of oil
-1 glass of water milk
-1 packet of baking powder
-1 packet of vanilla
-Flour (about 2.5 cups)
-Almond

Whip eggs and sugar well.
Then other ingredients are added and whip again.
It is useful to sift and add dry ingredients. Our cake dough is ready. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 50 minutes. Do not open the lid for the first 30 minutes during cooking.

Meatball with fried vegetables

For the meatballs;
-Half kg ground beef
-1 onion
-2 garlic
-1 egg
-Half a glass of breadcrumbs
-Salt
-Black pepper
-Chili pepper
First, the meatballs are prepared. For this, the onion is cut into a few pieces and passed through the food processor with the garlic and egg. Thin onions and garlic are added to the minced meat.
Meatballs are kneaded by adding stale bread crumbs, spices, and salt. When the ingredients are thoroughly identified, small pieces are cut off and the meatballs are shaped.
Potatoes, eggplants, and zucchini are sliced. The oil is heated in the pan. The meatballs and vegetables are lightly fried.
When all the meatballs and potatoes are fried, they are placed in an oven dish and hot water with tomato paste is poured over it.
Bake in the oven at low temperature for about 25 minutes.
