📌 Ang aplikante kinahanglan adunay average grade nga 86% or higher ( equivalent of 1.9 or higher) in both semesters, nga walay grado nga ubos sa 80% (equivalent of 2.5) sa bisag asa nga subject.

3.Original and photocopy of their Voter's Certification.

4.Certification gikan sa Punong Barangay nga nag certify sa applicant nga nagpuyo sa maong barangay.

5.Certificate of Indigency duly certified by the CSWDO for scholarship purposes ( makuha ni adto sa CSWDO Office)

6.Certification of No Existing Scholarship Grants- for existing college students who wish to apply. (obtained from the school).

7. Certification signed by the School Head certifying that the applicants belong to the Top Ten (10) - para ra ni sa mo apply sa Category A.

📌 All requirements must be submitted to the Ayuda Office, which will be open from Monday-Saturdays (even holidays) to cater applicants.

NATIONAL IATF HAS NEW TRAVEL PROTOCOL FOR FULLY-VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS as of July 4, 2021.

✔️Fully vaccinated people need not undergo swab testing if they want to travel within the Philippines.

✔️Under the IATF-EID Resolution No. 124-5, completely vaccinated individuals will just need to present their vaccination card for interzonal travel along with for intrazonal movement.

✔️A completely vaccinated individual is somebody who has more than or equal to 2 weeks after having gotten the second dose in a 2-dose vaccine; or more than or equal to 2 weeks after having gotten a single-dose vaccine,

✔️Fully immunized should be administered with vaccines that are consisted of in the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) List or Compassionate Special Permit (CSP) provided by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration or Emergency Use Listing of the World Health Organization (WHO).

My Fellow Danawanons, as of June 4, 2020, adunay pinakaunang duha (2) ka mga confirmed cases sa COVID-19 sa Danao City- usa sa Barangay Poblacion (Purok 2 Beatriz Durano St.) ug usa sa Barangay Guinsay (Purok Sambag).

Upon notice of the said result, akong gimando ang City Health Services Office (CHSO) ug City Task Force COVID-19 og usa ka dinalian nga contact tracing.

As protocol sa Danao City, these areas with confirmed COVID-19 cases will be under immediate lockdown.

Daghan kanato ang adunay mga pangutana ug kabalaka, but these details will follow as the investigation and intense contact tracing progress for the next hours.

Mipaabot dayon ko niining mensahe aron makapangandam tang tanan sa pagpahugot sa atong siguridad batok niining COVID-19.

Samtang gikuha pa nato ang dugang nga mga detalye, (sama sa source/place of contamination, mga lugar nga gipang-adtoan, mga close contact individuals, ug uban pang importanteng kasayuran) kay doblehon nato ang atong pagmatngon.

Muhangyo ko sa inyong pagsabot ug mamalihug ko sa inyohang kooperasyon sa pagsunod sa tanang mando aron dali kini nato nga masulbad.

Danao City Government, through the COVID-19 Inter Agency Task Force, will continue to share updates kabahin niining bag-ong mga kaso nato karon.
