As we enter into a season of change with the holidays coming up, remember to give yourself the grace and support you give others when they’re struggling. I have been struggling with a change in my life, which has ultimately affected my presence here. This led to a guilt spiral of not being present enough online, questioning whether I would be able to continue this social media aspect of my business, and then feeling like a failure. Something that brought me back was reminding myself that the past two months have been so busy and that I would give anyone else the compassion to take care of themselves before even thinking twice about social media. All that is to say, you should be proud of where you are, you deserve to be loved, and you are worthy 🍁🍄
