Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a natural method to help release stress, dissolve intrusive and limiting thoughts and emotions, and break unhealthy habits.
EFT is an energy psychology method based on the discovery that negative emotions create disturbances in the body’s energy field. These disturbances are, on a subconscious level, embedded in your chemistry.
This explains why it is so hard to try to resolve an issue simply through willpower or logical and mental reasoning. You might even at times feel that you have an "inner saboteur" who works against you and therefore is unable to create the change and healing you desire.
The roots of EFT come from ancient Chinese acupuncture, where the teaching is that our energy moves into and through specific meridian pathways. When these meridian points are blocked, it causes illnesses of various forms. This teaching is then combined with the psychology of emotional and mental distress, and instead of using needles, we gently tap with our fingers.
Thus, in the process of EFT, we highlight the psychological part of the issue that is rooted in the subconscious while tapping on a few acupuncture points (meridian points).
This combination allows you to reduce and release distress and allows your energy to flow freely again.

HYPNOTHERAPY
We know that if we feel a certain way or are in a place we don’t want to be, we must change something, and often we might even know exactly what those changes are.
This intellectual understanding comes easily to many. Yet, it is so hard and complex to bring this to action. Why is that? And if you could think and talk yourself out of a problem or into a desired solution, would you not have done that already?
Of course you would. The issue comes down to the super-fast subconscious mind, which almost always wins over the rational, analytical, and logical mental mind.
The subconscious mind also accounts for 95% of our daily activity, it is here where all the blueprints, belief systems, and triggers are stored, both positive and negative, making real and lasting change even harder to happen on a mental level.
When we are in a hypnotic state, we are in direct and open communication with the subconscious and unconscious minds, thus opening up for possibilities for deeper healing and changes.

Dynamic Emotional Therapy (DET)
Dynamic Emotional Therapy (DET) moves beyond the surface and works with deeply rooted subconscious processes. It focuses on finding, facing, processing, and releasing any locked-up emotions and expressions.
It is based on the foundation that the most important programming of the subconscious mind happens up until the age of 7. DET also draws much from attachment theory, which holds that close and emotional relationships in the first years of life are of great importance for an individual’s development.
These combinations, along with the fact that the therapy is happening in a hypnotic state, are what make DET extremely powerful.
This method of hypnotherapy often involves regression to the root cause. Thus, in a session, I'll guide you back to the root emotional cause of the issue you are experiencing. Most often, this leads us to childhood events and emotions, as that is where the majority of our blueprints, belief systems, and triggers originated.
This process, which often includes inner-child therapy as well as generational processes at times, deals with a wide range of issues, including mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual distress.
As DET focuses on the root emotional trigger that is the underlying cause of the distress we are experiencing in our daily lives, when we process the root trigger, we are able to let go and break free from the root cause trigger and distress. Thus, when the trigger is released, the symptoms of distress we previously experienced in our daily lives also release, as there is no trigger left to create symptoms.

Then what is hypnosis / a hypnotic state?
• Natural: It is a comfortable condition of deep relaxation, increased awareness, and inner focus.
• Daily occurrence: Daydreaming, "losing" yourself in a movie or book, or driving home from work on auto-pilot are all examples of the state of mind called hypnosis.
• Hypnosis is really self-hypnosis: You can enter hypnosis on command if you want to. At any time, if you want to emerge from the hypnotic state, regardless of the reason, you will open your eyes and become fully alert.
• Everyone can be hypnotised: Some are very open and receptive to hypnosis at will, and for others, it requires a little bit of training.

We lie to ourselves over and over again. Sometimes consciously by trying to convince ourselves that something that happened wasn't really bad or that we're actually feeling pretty ok, sometimes we are not even close to being aware of that we're repeating and living a lie.
The thing is though that that lie that we are pushing down, there is a limit of how far down and how long we can keep on pushing it down. Sooner or later it will need to come out, the pressure being built within will need to be released. If it is by we've overloaded the system and it leads to a crisis or breakdown, or if we decide to release earlier.
Burnouts. Let's use burnouts as in example for this. Part of knows it's not good for us, and we want to stop, but we keep on going for various reasons convincing ourselves that it's not that bad or simply not even allowing us to feel in. But sooner or later our system can't handle that, pretending that we are ok but inside we are actually hurting. So burnouts happens and the person's system shuts down.
Sooner or later we will need to lift the vail and as challenging and hard as it is at times to do so, is there really other choices?
I am really curious what you think?
If we do not care for our health today, we will see the effects of it later.
And yes. It's really hard at times to look within and face what we are trying to bury down. To really address the hurt within, to meet it and really process. It can be so tough at times.
BUT. It gets easier and easier, and we become stronger and stronger. And by starting the process we are moving closer to easier and stronger and healthier.
If we push down we get further and further away....
So, I do believe that it is easier to live in the discomfort of truth than in the comfort of a lie.

How perfectly this captures the walk of life. We've all been there when we revisit an old happening, emotion, and part of us feels like we are going steps back.
If we instead of fighting the process and wallow over being in the process and instead allow it to happen, with open eyes and open hearts, indeed it will show us deeper truths & understanding, deeper release and deeper healing.
Maybe it’s no different than when rereading a book. Reading a book for the first time you absorb some things from it, certain information, feelings and overall experience the book in a certain way.
When you reread it some time later you might pick up different aspects of the book you missed before, you might view the characters differently this time, and maybe your feelings about the story have changed entirely.

Hypnosis is a natural state.
We all experience hypnosis daily. Every one of us.
Moments when we naturally enter hypnosis;
* Daydreaming💭 - when we daydream we let go of the mental filter and move into the imaginative hypnotic state.
* Losing yourself in a movie or a book🎥📚, when you get emotionally engaged and fully “in the experience”, those are moments of hypnosis.
* Getting from point A to B📍, and not knowing how you got there. Most call it to autopilot, which is that, and the reason that autopilot can run and you get to B is due to the subconscious mind where the information is stored. You enter a light form of hypnosis here.
* Flow state🌬 - whenever you are doing something that you lose the sense of time, and just fully in what you do, so-called flow state, you are then in hypnosis.
* Meditation, praying, chanting etc🧘🏻♀️ - again fully engaged and able to feel that connection with the whole, you are in a trance state.
* When going to sleep😴, and before falling into a deep sleep, hypnosis. The period when moving from deep sleep and waking up is hypnosis. During the night, you move in and out of hypnosis.
These are a few examples and the common daily moments when we naturally enter hypnosis. Everyone have been in hypnosis and enter hypnosis on a daily basis. The difference when we do a hypnosis/hypnotherapy session we do it on “command”. The therapist guides the client into hypnosis at that moment as well and we can also guide the client to different depths of hypnosis.
How we perceive the world, how we react and act comes down to our subconscious beliefs and behaviours. When we process and change our subconscious beliefs, then our reactions and actions changes too. With it how we perceive ourselves and the world. 🤍
There are many versions of this quote. What they all are saying is just this. We all got fears. Every single one of us. These fears holds us back. From living. From enjoying. From doing what’s within our hearts. They stop us from breathing this life in fully.
We all share in these fears more than we do not. The thing with fears though is they won’t leave because we want them too. They leave when we move, when we act despite those fears. When we can look at them and acknowledge their existence. Facing them without fighting them. Just look at them, and see what you see within that. Listen to them, what do you hear.
Most often there is a scared part within, that in its own way is trying to protect us. Funny hey. How we are held back by protection. These protection have though often came up within us at an early age, and then have become a habit and second nature to continue to repeat them.
How often have you not wanted to do something but didn’t because of the thinking , “What if it doesn’t work out, what if I can’t do it”. Yes, what if it doesn’t work. What if you can’t do it.
But you know what. What if it DOES work out. What if you CAN do it. You will never know if you don’t try. Instead of asking yourself and thinking what’s the worst that can happen, ask yourself, “What is the best thing that can happen?”.
So, you can be scared and still move, still do what you want. Reach the courage within you and walk. You got this!
