It’s been a long time coming but at last SAVR™ is no longer a construction site and David, his GM David Wilson and the Assistant Managers are ready to start staff training. Staff are one of the biggest costs when operating a restaurant so it’s vital to invest in the best training and etiquette to get the best value out of them. But time means money so it’s a quick introduction to SAVR™ standards as training hits a hitch or two and sadly not all make the grade.

Any top restaurant needs to look the part when it comes to the table setting. David knows this and has forked out thousands of dollars on tableware. He takes the team to Boston Showcase to meet Kathleen Kaiser and to see what she has in store for SAVR™ From SAVR™ motif wine glasses to bespoke dinner plates, David’s covered the lot but in doing so has generated 29 pallets of goods. SAVR™ is low on space and any extra storage Chef Danny has his eyes on. David may have great stock but nowhere to put it.
