A delegation of PAPSK under the leadership of our worthy president has a meeting with Director School Education today at his office regarding the news which was published and publicized yesterday by some local newspapers and PSAJK.The meeting was held in a cordial atmosphere and the director was all ears and listened very intently to our concerns.
The biggest news was that the news published yesterday and the publicity which PSAJK was trying to give to it that the director has allowed the schools to prescribe additional books and 50% of winter fee was ALL FAKE.
The director categorically said that he has never allowed that or approved that. He emphasized that only the BOSE curriculum will be followed.
Now check out the real agenda of the meeting which the director himself gave us today.

AGENDA:
1. Admission Fee/ Capitation fee
2. Tuition fee beyond approval of FFRC
3. Bus Fee beyond approval of FFFRC
4. Books as prescribed by Government
5, Fee waiver, Concession to underprivileged students on merits
6. Depriving students' issuance of Admit Cards, DCS on pretext of fee balance. As this is the case between
parent and School Management and student must not suffer as per RTE Act
7. Involvement of Departmental Representative in school meetings/affairs and convening meeting on Monthly basis. Minutes of the meeting to be recorded under seal and signature of Departmental Representative;
8. Last Warning, Now onwards cases will be forwarded to CBI /Crime / Income Tax Department for necessary
action U/R.

The director told us that the schools which were called yesterday were those schools which are repeated offenders and his office had received many many complaints from parents.
He said that the school Heads were categorically told not to take any admission fee or hike any fee without approval from FFRC.
He further denied that he has not approved any 50% bus fee for winter months as it's not his domain.
Furthermore, he said that it was Informed to all the schools that if they don't stop violations strict Acton will be taken against them from now onwards.
He also said that he will issue a clarification to the press regarding the fake news of yesterday regarding additional books.

*Today on 09-06-2023, Worthy Zonal Education Officer Kulgam Mr.Manzoor Ahmad Bhat Sahib paid a suprise visit to Govt. Middle School Ponipora Kulgam.Worthy Sir checked the learning levels of students and by the grace of Almighty Allah,the students of our school came upto our and his expectations in all subjects. Worthy Sir was very much satisfied and encouraged the staff members .He assured the Headmaster of the school for all possible help for the betterment of the school. These kinds of visits really boost the academic activities of schools . We hope that our Officer will make such visits in future also for betterment of our school. Moreover such kind of visits prove to be the soul of the system. Worthy Sir also is of firm belief that he will leave no stone unturned for the betterment of the schools of the zone.*

*Today on 17/05/2023 a zonal level road race competition was organised by Department of Youth Services and sports Kulgam in collaboration with District Police Kulgam under the supervision of honourable SHO and District Officer youth services and sports Kulgam.Students of all schools of the zone both private and government participated in the said competition with great fervor.Mehreen Muzaffar 8th class student of Government Middle school Ponipora (Zone kulgam) bagged 2nd Position.Thanks to Almighty ALLAH our students are excelling well in both curricular and co- curricular activities.We are very much cocksure that we will prosper in both fields in future.*

ADMISSION NOTICE

*DISTRICT LEVEL MARATHON RACE COMPETITION*
Today on 26th of November 2022 Five kms (Anti_Drug Run) race competition was organised by 1K EVENTS under anti drug red marathon in collaboration with worthy District Development Commissioner Kulgam and Senior Superintendent of Police kulgam. Almost all the schools of District Kulgam from primary to college level participated in the competition with fervour. Two girl students of our school namely *MUSKAN HAMID* and *MEHREEN MUZAFAR* of class 7th bagged 2nd and 4th positions. The students were awarded a cash prize of *Rs. 12,500* and *Rs.7,500* respectively. On this special occasion all the staff members wholeheartedly welcomed and appreciated the winners.we hope that our students will excel in both curricular and co_curricular activities in future.
