You NEED to be using a heat protectant at all times ! Even if you are not putting heat on your hair it is crucial to still have a heat protectant as apart of your hair routine. In a way you need to think of heat protectant like sunscreen for your hair the sun itself can be so damaging to your hair.

If you experience any type of dry brittleness or split ends add a heat protectant to your hair routine !!! To all of my clients we live in FLORIDA ladies !! The sun is so damaging to our hair and skin we need to stay protected at all times.❤️

Another hair fact for ya 🤩

You should be maintaining a healthy look by trimming your ends every 6-8 weeks and I always tell my clients this but that can sound intimidating! I’m not telling you that you need to cut INCHES off every time you get a trim but you should be keeping up with dusting off your dead ends before they do become inches of dead ends. Cutting off those strangely dead ends can also help minimize the amount of tangling your hair experiences in those dry ends.

It’s crazy the amount of people who don’t know how crucial having a leave in conditioner in your hair routine is, a leave in conditioner will add and KEEP moisture in your dry hair all while keeping your hair hydrated and protecting it from further damage.

Leave in conditioners are also beneficial to help detangle your wet hair!! If you don’t already have this apart of your hair routine I HIGHLY suggest it!!

How are you washing your hair? Did you know that shampoo should only be applied to your scalp because for the longest time I did not! I’ve always thought that I needed to apply shampoo all over but that’s not necessary it only needs to be applied to your scalp to remove all the oils and build up! Lmk if this tip helps💗

THE BIG REVEAL we’ve all been waiting for…

I am so excited to announce that I will be going into my own suite YAY! Thank you to all of my clients who made me feel like this could be possible for me I am also super great-full for the opportunity .hair has given me to jump right into my DREAM job I am so excited!
