The Experience Hub is a full house this week! We are grateful to be able to connect with entire first-year class to talk about research, internships, study abroad, and community engaged learning! During our time together, students have the opportunity to hear from our professional staff about the importance of engaging in these high-impact practices and from our student ambassadors who have taken advantage of these experiences during their time in college.

Our team is here to help you figure out how you can gain experience, make connections, and grow as people and professionals! Hope to see you in the Hub soon!

CSB+SJU has redefined distinction, allowing our students to graduate with honors in one of our five institutional learning goals. These distinctions are inclusive, personalized, and something that will be unique to YOU!

Pathways to Distinction are guided steps to achieving CSB and SJU’s Institutional Learning Goals. The distinctions—while challenging to earn—are not based on GPA or coursework, rather they are based on all the amazing things you do in AND outside of the classroom. Each Pathway enables you to strategically decide how you want to stand out and then be honored at graduation. Enrollment is now open to first-years, sophomores, and juniors.

Innovation Scholars programming provides outstanding liberal arts students from Minnesota’s private colleges and universities the unique opportunity to engage in the business development processes of new medical innovations in real time. Programs broaden interdisciplinary learning opportunities by exploring innovations at the intersection of science, business, medicine and entrepreneurship. You will work with a team of 4 Bennies and Johnnies on a 6 month research project that culiminates with a presentation to leaders at Mayo Clinic, medical start-up companies, and more!
