Been missing my smoker since winter hit so I did a little motivational lunch today. Found a beef rib in the freezer and made some wraps. What can I say... I'll be back soon!
A long but emotionally rewarding day on Sunday, started at 4am with the fire and once she was rolling got all the meat on. 14 hours later just about managed to get all the orders started.

This is a Smokey Steve's PSA! We're almost sold out for the last smoke of the year. What's left? Melt-in-your-mouth pulled pork, which pairs perfectly with our pit beans, and smoked beef brisket. Make sure you add a side of cheesy mash to that for a cowboy Sunday roast.

Midwest bbq pits and grills have sent a new addition to the Smokey Steve's BBQ team, she will get her seasoning smoke tonight ready for the big new menu rolling out tomorrow! There is still 14 hours left before the order form closes so grab yourself some Friday night comfort food and join the Smoked BBQ movement!
Had a little practice run of some of the menu for Friday. It was incredible! The cheesy mash and pitbeans blew my mind! Worth the 10 hour cook time!

Really exciting news guys, the new menu has been finish and starting on Friday the 15th October.
This menu will stay with us for the winter, however keep checking the FB and Instagram pages for specials that will be offered occasionally as well. (And maybe a competition or two?!)
As this is a new menu it will be limited in the first run to 15 portions of each item, so please plan ahead to avoid disappointments!

Cooked up some double cheese smash burgers for the BBQ gang today, sides of low and slow chilli, cheese and bacon stuffed jacket potatoes and home made slaw. Thanks for all those that got involved!

On the side (which you can now select from - or have all three which we'd recommend 😋) we have a seasoned jacket potato stuffed with not one but TWO cheeses, sour cream, chives and spring onion, chilli con carne with cheese and jalapenos and coleslaw.

So we had some delays this morning but should be good to go around 7pm this evening for the Sunday smoke!
Thursday test runs, I have some thick meaty ribs and some trout rolling low and slow over oak wood, perfect way to get ready for the weekend and trial some new rubs!
